Sacred Heart Parish has purchased a subscription to FORMED, a Catholic media source containing faith-based movies, documentaries, biographies, theological instructions, etc. All parish families are invited to set up their own account.   

1. Go to FORMED.org.

2. Click "sign up."

3. Select "I belong to a Parish or Organization."

4. Enter "52803" to find Sacred Heart.

5. Enter your email address.
